a/b=c+2/b means that integer b>2 and c can be any integer; a=bc+2.
For example if b=5 and c=19, a=97; so if we divide 97 by 5, the remainder is 2.
There are an infinite number of divisions where the remainder is 2.
In b=3, the smallest it can be, then putting c=1, 2, 3, 4, etc. we get a=5, 8, 11, 14, etc. 3 goes into each of these with a remainder of 2. If b=4, we get 6, 10, 14, 18, etc., etc.
